On Wednesday, February 26, 2025, the Filangieri Museum in Naples will host the presentation of a new book dedicated to artist Domenico Sepe and his interpretation of the world's most famous secret agent: James Bond.
Titled “Domenico Sepe – Al Servizio Segreto di Bond. James Bond”, the book-catalogue is published by Cervino Editore and written by Michelangelo Iossa. The publication explores in detail the artist's works inspired by the famous character created by Ian Fleming.

The event will feature Sissi Avallone and Francesca Paola Torre Avallone, representatives of the Grand Hotel Parker's in Naples. Since 2023, the hotel has hosted a selection of site-specific 'Bond' works by Sepe, in thematic exhibitions that combine the elegance of the hotel with Bond iconography. This is the context in which “Protocollo Bond”, the publishing partner of the book, fits in, considered one of the main Italian information resources on the world of the secret agent.
The Connection with Albert R. Broccoli
In 2023, the Calabrian village of Carolei dedicated a bronze bust, made by Sepe, to film producer Albert R. Broccoli, a crucial figure in transforming James Bond into a big-screen icon. This event marked the beginning of an intense creative period for the artist, who has since continued to explore Fleming's narrative universe through various art forms.
