A 45-year-old man, already under house arrest for property crimes, was arrested by the State Police on charges of evasion, resisting arrest and injuring a public official.The episode occurred in Soprammuro alley, where the agents of the General Prevention Office, engaged in a territorial control service, noticed the man while he was trying to elude their control. A suspicious behavior that pushed the police to chase him and stop him.
Once identified, the reason for the escape emerged: the 45-year-old he shouldn't have been on the street, being subjected to restrictive measures. Taken to the police station, the man went on a rampage, reacting with violence and attacking the officers, who managed to immobilize him after a fight. He was immediately handcuffed and charged with injuries and resistance to a public official.

this article is interesting but it seems to me that there are too many things that are not clear. The man was supposed to be at home and instead he was on the street. I do not understand how it is possible that the police did not see him before.
