Un 16 year old Neapolitan, already subjected to precautionary measures in a community in Avellino, was arrested by the Carabinieri after escaping from the facility: the young man, seriously suspected of the crime of continued aggravated theft in the Irpinia capital, he was transferred to the juvenile prison of Nisida, in execution of an order of the Juvenile Court of Naples.
The teenager had been placed in the community by order of the judge, following the investigations conducted by the military of the Avellino Company in October 2024. However, his removal from the facility led the Prosecutor's Office to request a more restrictive measure, obtaining the revocation of his community placement and his transfer to a penitentiary institution.
The Carabinieri of the station Avellino They carried out the order and, at the end of the operations, the 16-year-old was taken to the Nisida child prison, where it will remain at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
