In the municipality of grottaminarda, a recent nighttime operation conducted by the Carabinieri led to the arrest of a local citizen, Michele Bozza, 48 years old. The man was stopped for a routine road check, which then led to a search of his home.
During the operation, law enforcement discovered approximately 400 grams of cocaine. This amount immediately raised suspicions about potential drug trafficking, further supported by the discovery of approximately 7.000 euros in cash.
Michele Bozza, defended by the lawyer Michele Ciruolo, appeared this morning before the court of Benevento for the validation hearing. Following the latter, the man was released from prison.
Regarding this news, I think that Michele Bozza's arrest was a very serious matter, but it is not yet clear what will happen with him and whether he was actually involved in drug trafficking. It is a complicated situation.
