The Council of Ministers has approved the decree law on recruitment in the Public Administration, with the aim of reducing precarious employment and making the PA more attractive for young people.
The text provides for new hires, aiming for a 10% increase in new workers with diplomas from technical institutes and digital experts, in order to attract new generations to the Public Administration sector.
Among the planned changes is the suspension of the "eligible candidates" rule for the 2024 and 2025 rankings.

It is important that the government takes measures to reduce precariousness, but I do not know if the new hires will be sufficient. There are many open questions about how the recruitment process will be managed.
