Last March, the "Scuola di cultura solidale" (School of Solidarity Culture) in Scampia celebrated its first anniversary. Launched in 2024, the book presentations aim to raise awareness among the citizens of Naples about the importance of social solidarity. Scampia, chosen as a symbol of social marginalization, becomes a focal point for promoting shared culture.
Among the participants at the meetings was Luciano Mazzocchi, a Xaverian missionary who previously served as counselor for the Italian Zen Buddhist community "La Stella del Mattino" and co-founder of the "Vangelo e Zen" Association.
