San Giorgio a Cremano - Tomorrow, February 19th, would be the 72nd birthday of Massimo Troisi, the iconic artist born in this city in 1953. To mark this anniversary, we recall a memorable evening in 1980 at the TTC Club, located in the Vomero district of Naples.
That evening, the group "La Smorfia," composed of Enzo Decaro, Lello Arena, and Massimo Troisi himself, received the award dedicated to Alighiero Noschese, another great figure of Neapolitan culture who had passed away the previous year.
The TTC Club, a historic club in Naples, was a hub for cultural events between the late 70s and early 80s, achieving significant resonance both locally and nationally.
