NAPLES – This afternoon, at 14pm, in the Sala Giunta of Palazzo San Giacomo, the mayor of Napoli, Gaetano Manfredi, will award the Neapolitan singer-songwriter Andrea Settembre, winner of the New Proposals category at the Sanremo Festival 2025.
The City Administration will pay homage to the young artist with a special plaque, recognizing his talent and the prestigious milestone achieved on the Ariston stage. The ceremony will also be attended by the President of the City Council, Enza Amato, and the Councilor for Music and Audiovisual, Ferdinando Tozzi.
The award that celebrates not only Andrea's musical success September matured last week, but also the value of the Neapolitan tradition in the national artistic panorama.

It's interesting to see how Neapolitan music continues to receive recognition, but I wonder if it's really fair to give awards only for one song. Tradition deserves more attention and respect.
