The Naples Court of Review annulled the seizure order of two Mississippi alligators and a reticulated python from the “Lidia Togni nel Mondo” circus on February 3.

Measure arrived following a joint operation with the Veterinary Service of the ASL NA1 Centro and the Regional Reference Center for Veterinary Urban Hygiene.

The intervention was aimed at verifying the correct detention of animals and compliance with CITES regulations.

Thanks to the detailed defense of the lawyer Giuseppe Musella, defender of Kocka Anton Luigi, owner of the animals, the judges of the Review Court ordered the return of the animals to their rightful owner, thus re-establishing the framework of absolute legality of the aforementioned detention.
