Naples – The future of the Diego Armando Maradona stadium is back at the center of the debate. On the sidelines of the inauguration of the new gym on the beach at Rotonda Diaz, Mayor Gaetano Manfredi answered a question about the possible use of the third ring, which has been at a standstill for decades, in view of a restyling of the facility and the European 2032.
“We are conducting a technical assessment to understand the margins of usability of the third ring and to verify whether it could represent an opportunity in the overall project of renovation of the stadium”, declared the mayor, Gaetano Manfredi.

It is important that Mayor Manfredi spoke about the stadium and the third ring, but I don't know if these works are really necessary for Europe 2032, perhaps more attention should be paid to other things that are more urgent.
