It was named after Fabio Postiglione the meeting room of the board of directors of the Campania Unified Journalists Union. The Neapolitan journalist of the Corriere della Sera disappeared last January 28 in a car accident on the Milan ring road.
The wife unveiled the plaque at the union headquarters Valentina Trifiletti, Mediaset journalist. The ceremony was attended by colleagues from the daily newspaper Roma, where Postiglione began and worked for almost 20 years, together with the director Antonio Sasso.
The board of directors of the Sug was represented by the secretary Geppina Landolfo, the vice-secretary Antonio Prigiobbo and the deputy general secretary of the Fnsi Claudio Silvestri.
"The union wanted to interpret the emotional wave that has crossed the community of journalists in Naples and Campania for the death of Fabio Postiglione by naming the meeting room of the headquarters in via Monteleone after him, the operational heart of the Sugc. Fabio has always been close to the union, giving life with Sandro Ruotolo to the Unione cronisti and responding to Renato Rocco's appeal for the relaunch of the specialization group. His passion, his commitment, his sense of belonging will be a guide for this management group and for those to come", said secretary Landolfo during her speech.

It is a very important event for the world of journalism, but I think it would have been better to have more information about Fabio's life and his impact on the industry. The ceremony seems well organized, but a little more detail would have been useful.
