Tears but also time for memories at the funeral of Fabio Postiglione, the young reporter for Corriere della Sera born in Naples and died at the age of 44 in a car accident on the evening of January 28 on the Milan ring road, on his way home from the editorial office.
On the altar of the church of the Holy Trinity of Napoli, already crowded upon the arrival of the body from Milan where yesterday there was a first funeral rite for the colleagues of the Corsera, to the memory of Don Gennaro Matino, parish priest and friend of the journalist, were added the stories of many colleagues who shared years of work with Postiglione on the streets and in the editorial office starting from his debut at the daily newspaper Roma.
On the coffin, a photograph of him and a Napoli football shirt, of which, many remembered, he was a great fan. "You were my teacher," said his wife Valentina Trifiletti, a Mediaset journalist, "and even if you are gone, nothing is over. Love," she concluded, "never dies."
