Naples - The itinerant drug dealer from the Don Guanella district, arrested yesterday by police while selling a dose to a customer on Via Don Lorenzo Milani, has already been released from prison.

Raffaele C, 58 years old, appeared this morning before the preliminary investigations judge, Alessandra Grammatica of the Court of Naples for the validation hearing, assisted by his lawyers, Giuseppe Gallo and Roberta Pinelli.

The article talks about an arrest but then it turns out that the man was released, I don't know if it's right that after such a serious crime he can go free. The law should punish crimes more.

I don't understand why the police arrested him if they released him shortly after. Maybe there are laws we don't know well, but it seems strange to me that he can go back to doing what he did before.

The judicial system in Italy seems to have some flaws, this situation makes you think about how many pushers there are around and how they can continue to operate without too many consequences.
