The summer of the Municipality of Centola ended with a significant participation in the Sanremo Festival. On the occasion of the event, the cultural and natural beauties of the territory were promoted through the television format “Italia in Vetrina”, part of Casa Sanremo Bazr and led by Grazia Serra.
The spotlight was on the opportunity offered to Italian territories to present themselves through interviews with local institutions. Among the prominent guests, Katia Ricciarelli took part in the initiative, also presenting her children's book at the Salotto Writers of Casa Sanremo.
Participations and Promotions
The grand finale was held at the Palafiori, the center of the eighteenth edition of Casa Sanremo, with the participation of several prominent figures such as Rosario Pirrone, councilor Nicola Vigorito, and Silvano Cerulli, president of Proloco. Together with local food and wine operators, such as Mario Notaroberto of Albamarina and the Stanziola farm, the event celebrated the cultural and natural heritage of Palinuro, a corner of paradise in Campania.
Perspectives and Future
Mayor Rosario Pirrone underlined the importance of these initiatives, reiterating the commitment of the Municipality of Centola in the enhancement of the territory's resources, with the hope that these events will continue to represent a showcase for the future. Among the upcoming events scheduled starting in spring 2025, "Dialoghi Mediterranei" promises to be a significant cultural and musical event, projecting Palinuro as a tourist attraction in the Mediterranean panorama.
