The lifeless body of a 36-year-old Italian man who disappeared last Saturday has been found in the sea. The young man had been swept away by a wave while on the pier in Foz do Douro, one of Porto's most popular seaside destinations.
The news was reported by the Portuguese press, according to which the body was spotted by some fishermen in Vila Cha.
On Saturday, several people near the Felgueiras lighthouse raised the alarm after seeing the man fall into the sea.
