In the evening, the Carabinieri of the Procida station intervened on a beach on the island, where the body of a man of about 60 years old was found, whose identity is currently being ascertained.
Initial hypotheses suggest that the body was carried to the shore by sea currents. By order of the Judicial Authority, the body will be transferred to the Policlinico of Naples to perform the necessary autopsy tests.
