Claudio Ranieri defends his decisions after the 1-1 draw between Roma and Napoli and clarifies his management of the rotation: "We played on Thursday night, I couldn't put the same ones back. I read the article and I think Ranieri's choices were right. Even if there are some criticisms, every coach has his own way of managing the team. The important thing is that the players train well and are motivated.
