The Carabinieri of the Piazzolla di Nola station have executed, on the orders of the GIP of the Court of Rome, a precautionary custody order in prison against SV, accused of rapina armed robbery and kidnapping of some employees who were working at a BBC branch in Rome.

The man is being held in Poggioreale prison in Napoli. The preliminary hearing will be held on Wednesday at the Court of Rome. The man is defended by lawyers Michele Ciruolo and Raffaella Graziani.
