At that moment, some parents were protesting against a teacher. Suddenly, the man he hurled violently against the professor Joseph Morelli, hitting him with a punch to the faceThe attack caused serious injuries to the teacher, which were initially considered curable in 20 days, but subsequently continued until 80 days due to complications at eyeball.
The charges and the trial
The charge against By Maro is aggravated by the fact that the professor Morelli played the role of public official, both as a tenured teacher, both like vice principal of the institute. The investigation started from the complaint-report filed by the same Morelli, assisted by lawyers Gaetano and Raffaele Crisileo, at the Police Station State Police. After careful investigations, the attacker has been identified and is now preparing to face trial, during which the victim will turn herself in civil party, represented by the lawyer Gaetano Crisileo.
