The crater of Vesuvius today was the scene of an earthquake of magnitude 2.0, with its epicenter precisely in the territory of Torre del Greco.
The seismic event occurred at 16.11:0.8, showing a depth of only XNUMX kilometers. This shock was detected by the Neapolitan Seismic Room of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology, which constantly monitors seismic activity in the region, known for its volcanic activity.
