Secondigliano, weapons and drugs in the house: 26-year-old arrested

Naples – The extraordinary operations of the State Police continue in the fight against illegal possession of weapons and drug trafficking.

Yesterday, officers from the Secondigliano Police Station, with the support of the Anti-Drug Canine Unit of the General Prevention Office, arrested a 26-year-old Neapolitan with a criminal record for possession of a clandestine weapon, receiving stolen goods and illegal possession of narcotics.

During the search of the man's home, the officers found a revolver with the serial number erased, 33 cartridges of various calibers, over half a kilo of marijuana contained in a plastic bag and 99 packages of the same substance.

Two doses of were also seized cocaine, for a total of about one kilo of drugs, in addition to 315 euros in cash, 9 precision scales, a vacuum machine and other material useful for packaging. The young man was arrested by the agents of police and made available to the Judicial Authority.
