Carabinieri from the Arezzo operations and mobile unit, as part of an investigation coordinated and directed by the Arezzo prosecutor's office into an alleged criminal organization specializing in robberies in the goldsmith sector.
And that's why they performed in the provinces of Florence, Naples, Caserta and Salerno a precautionary custody order issued by the investigating judge of the Tuscan city's court against eleven people held responsible in various capacities for the crimes of criminal association, theft, robbery and receiving stolen goods.
The Carabinieri announced that further details on the operation will be made known tomorrow, Wednesday 12 February, during a press conference to be held at 12 in the Miraglia room of the Arezzo courthouse.
