Santa Maria Capua Vetere – New request for indictment for Easter Ricci, 50 years old, a construction entrepreneur from San Tammaro. This is the second in a few months and bears the signature of the public prosecutor of the Sammaritan Prosecutor's Office, Dr. Armando Bosso. The trial has been set for next March 6. Ricci will be defended by the lawyer Nando Trasacco.
The lawyers Gaetano and Raffaele Crisileo have constituted themselves as civil parties against the accused, representing the injured party, his ex wife NN, who reported him on two occasions.
The charges brought against him are serious: Ricci is accused of stalking and stalking. According to the prosecution, he repeatedly stalked his ex-husband, stationing himself in places she usually frequented and following her with his car for several stretches.
One episode in particular, described in the indictment, dates back to October 2022. The woman, after going to her lawyer's office, allegedly noticed the presence of her ex-husband in Corso Garibaldi, Santa Maria Capua Vetere. After leaving, Ricci allegedly reached her in a shop in Capua, insulting her with heavy insults. Afterwards, he continued to torment her by telephone, threatening to "make her pay" and even kill her.
The investigations also revealed obsessive behavior by the entrepreneur, who allegedly repeatedly installed, with the help of unidentified third parties, a GPS device under the car used by his ex-wife, even though it belonged to a friend of his. An action that allegedly threw the victim into a constant state of anxiety and fear, pushing her to change her lifestyle habits.
Now the case reaches the court, where it will be up to the judges to shed light on the accusations made against Ricci.
