The assistant director is Giovanni Sbarra. The show will be held from February 28th to March 2nd at the theater located at Via Diocleziano 316, Fuorigrotta.

An Act of Love

The show draws inspiration from the collection of poems by Spanish poet Pedro Salinas and presents itself as an act of love, a means to combat all forms of discrimination. At the heart of the performance are a radio, two speakers, and a podcast, which highlight the voices of women. The narrative addresses the world's silences, which, if not broken, can become dangerous. The performers emphasize the importance of addressing the "women's issue," despite the time constraints of a performance.

Poetic Space and Social Criticism

The work is neither an accusation nor a sociological treatise. It is a poetic space in which two twin sisters, in dialogue with each other and with the audience, attempt to overcome psychological barriers. The narrative aims to reveal the constant pressure society exerts on women, engaging in an intimate and meaningful dialogue. The director emphasizes the importance of undertaking a journey of personal understanding to identify and eliminate any prejudices rooted in her life experience.

The show seems very interesting and touches on important issues for women. We hope that Ettore Nigro's direction will be able to convey the message well. It remains to be seen how the issues of discrimination are addressed.
