Naples - The custodian of a school in the eastern part of Naples accused of sexual assault against an underage student has been under house arrest for two days.
The man was arrested by the officers of the Police Station Police of San Giovanni-Barra (Naples Police Headquarters) who executed, on behalf of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples – Section IV Investigations (competent in matters of gender violence and protection of vulnerable groups) –, an order to apply the precautionary measure of house arrest.
The order, issued by the Preliminary Investigations Judge (GIP) of the Court of Naples, concerns an individual seriously suspected of the crime of sexual violence against a minor student at a school located in the eastern area of Naples.
The implementation of the measure is the result of a complex investigative activity started following the complaint filed by the victim, accompanied by her parents, at the Barra Police Station.
The man allegedly touched her in her private parts
During the interview, the young woman reported having suffered inappropriate touching of her private parts and sexual comments from the school custodian.
The investigations, conducted by listening to the minor and other witnesses, allowed for the collection of evidence deemed sufficient to confirm the serious evidence of guilt against the man, leading to the adoption of the restrictive measure.
