Big football meets at Coverciano for 33rd edition of the Panchina d'Oro, the prestigious award given to the most deserving coaches of last season, chosen directly by their colleagues.
The event, organized by FIGC Technical Sector, will be held on Monday 24 March and it will be, as always, an opportunity for discussion and updating for professionals. “The Golden Bench is a time for all our coaches to meet and discuss - he has declared Demetrius Albertini, President of the Technical Sector – It is now an institution of our football, an event that everyone wants to participate in, also to find out who will be the winners of the last season".
To enrich the event there will be a special guest: Carlo Ancelotti, the most successful coach in the history of Champions League, well five trophies achieved in his career. The technician of the Real Madrid will hold one tactical refresher lesson in front of his colleagues, offering valuable insights into team management and the evolution of the game.
In addition to the recognition for the best coach of the Serie A, during the day the Silver Bench , Bronze Bench to the best technicians of Serie B and Serie C. Voting for other categories – such as Serie A and feminine B, Football 5 and Mino Favini Award for the best youth sector manager – were instead held online in recent days.
