The theatrical show “A GAME made with WALNUTS” is scheduled at the Teatro Bolivar on Saturday, March 22 at 21.00:23 p.m. and Sunday, March 19.00 at XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. Written and performed by Martina Zaccaro, the work investigates the themes of loneliness and irony, bringing emotional and social dynamics to the stage.
A journey between vulnerability and introspection
The narrative unfolds around three patients, a young doctor and an art therapist. Through these figures, the text explores the subtle boundary between normality and madness. The main performers include Titti Nuzzolese, Roberta Misticone, Martina Zaccaro, Milena Pugliese and Antonio Ciorfito, with the contribution of Mario Chiurazzi, Teresa Costanzo, Silvia Nardi, Dino Polito, Carmen Serio and Giulia Toscano.
A symbol of emotion and culture
This show represents mental illness with a mix of irony and introspection. The walnut, symbol of the human skull, becomes a metaphor for emotional complexities. Set in Naples, the show offers a look at the city, characterized by strong cultural contradictions and a rebellious spirit. Martina Zaccaro, in addition to having written the text, also takes care of the lighting design, the scenography and the direction, offering the audience an engaging and thoughtful theatrical experience.

The show seems interesting and the themes are important, but I don't know if I'll go see it. Maybe the theme of loneliness is too heavy for a Saturday night, but I would like to understand the narrative better.
