Teatro Serra in Naples presents a new production entitled “Una voce umana,” a work that investigates a theme of great current relevance. The event, signed by Francesca Fedeli and co-dramatized by Gian Marco Ferone, will be on stage from April 4 to 6 at the venue located in Via Diocleziano 316. For further details, you can contact the theater by email (teatroserra@gmail.com) or by calling 347.8051793.
A Journey into the Technological Age
The work “A Human Voice” is a reflection on the transformation of the voice in the technological age. Inspired by Jean Cocteau’s 30s work, “The Human Voice,” where the telephone changes the nature of a monologue into a dialogue, the production explores how technology influences human communication.
The Voice as the Essence of Humanity
The voice, as a symbol of communication and identity, is analyzed to understand its evolution and its impact on self-perception. The author, through her work, asks what changes are taking place in human expressions and what role the voice will play in defining identity in the future. This theatrical journey invites spectators to reflect on whether our vocal nature is transforming or whether we are simply embarking on a new path of human identity.

I read the article on 'A Human Voice' and it seems interesting. The topic of voice and communication in the technological context is current. I wonder how theater can influence our perception of identity.
