The Municipality of Bacoli is stepping up assistance measures for the population following the recent bradyseismic tremors in the Campi Flegrei area. Mayor Josi Della Ragione has announced the activation of two new waiting areas: one in the market area of via Miseno and the other in the parking lot of the Cuma soccer field.
“This way we will provide even more relief and assistance to the population”, declared the mayor. "We have increased the teams of technicians to check public and private structures, including homes and schools. We will also be operational on the weekend with three teams available to citizens."
Civil Protection volunteers will be present in the designated areas with gazebos, blankets, chairs, tables, water, and food.

The reception centre also remains active in Chapel, where citizens can spend the night if they are afraid to stay in their homes. Here, health personnel, psychologists and volunteers will be available with assistance guaranteed 24 hours a day. "Within a few hours, we will have three operational stations in the area: two for first aid with emergency facilities and one with dozens of beds.", added the mayor.
If necessary, we are ready to activate additional reception areas. We understand the current difficult situation, but I urge the community not to give in to panic. We are in constant contact with the National Civil Protection Department, the Naples Prefecture, the Fire Department, and the Vesuvius Observatory. We are working with unity and determination to address bradyseism. We will make the voice of the Phlegraean people increasingly heard, wherever necessary, to obtain everything we need.

It is important that the Municipality of Bacoli is doing something for the population in this difficult moment. The measures taken by the mayor seem to be appropriate and useful, but I hope that everyone can receive the necessary help without problems.
