Capri - New elements emerge from the investigations into the death of Luca Canfora, the costume designer of the film "Parthenope" by Paolo Sorrentino, found lifeless in Capri on September 1, 2023.
The forensic medical examinations, ordered by the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office, revealed the presence of rib fractures, considered to be minor compared to a fall from a height of about one hundred metres, such as the one from the Gardens of Augustus, the place where Camphor was found.
The discovery of these fractures, already detected previously, has rekindled doubts about the dynamics of the costume designer's death, fueling the family's theory that suicide was the hypothesis.

The Naples Public Prosecutor's Office, led by Deputy Prosecutor Silvio Pavia, has ordered the exhumation of the body and a CT scan performed with a sophisticated device, the results of which will be available in the coming days. Giuseppe Canfora was interviewed by the Naples Flying Squad, providing further information useful to the investigation.
