A 50-year-old woman of Chinese origin and illegal in the national territory, was arrested by the Carabinieri of the San Nicola la Strada on charges of stalking his former employer.
The woman, fired for just cause on January 1st, never resigned herself to losing her job and began harassing the owner of the business where she worked. Threats, assaults, and property damage became the order of the day, forcing the Carabinieri to intervene several times to remove her.
The situation escalated yesterday when the woman showed up at work armed with scissors and a metal chain, threatening and assaulting her former employer. The Carabinieri, who intervened at the employer's request, arrested her and took her to the Secondigliano prison.

This story is very worrying because it shows how work situations can degenerate into violence. It is never easy to deal with the loss of a job, but the woman's reaction is absolutely unacceptable and to be condemned.
