La State Police of Caserta executed a custodial order against a 19 year old of Egyptian origin, accused of aggravated robbery and personal injury.
The provision, issued by GIP of the Court of Naples North at the request of Aversa Prosecutor's Office, was carried out in the prison of Saint Victor a Milan, where the young man was already detained for other crimes. The episode dates back to last August 4th, when the agents of the Aversa police station they intervened at the railway station, following the report of a robbery on board a train on the route Caserta-Naples Central.
The victim, a foreign citizen, said he had been attacked and showed the officers abruise on right eye, a consequence of the attack he suffered. In his attempt to escape, the robber lost a cell phone and a wallet, who were immediately handed over to the police.
