A tragic road accident occurred on the Ss7 Quater via Domitiana, near Varcaturo, in the municipality of Giugliano in Campania, in the province of Naples. A 77-year-old woman lost her life following a vehicle skid. Investigations are still underway to determine the causes of the accident.
The woman was driving her car and, with her, another woman was traveling who suffered injuries. The latter was promptly rescued and transported by the 118 health workers to the Santa Maria delle Grazie hospital in Pozzuoli for the necessary treatment.
The authorities sent the traffic police to the site to carry out surveys and manage emergency operations.
