A meeting between a delegation of protesters and the Regional School Office of the Regional School Board took place today in the context of several demonstrations by precarious school workers. Campania, but the expectation of concrete answers was disappointed.
Dr. Attanasio, deputy director of the USR, welcomed the representatives in the absence of Dr. Cerra and the official responsible for the competitive procedures.
An absence that left the protesters without interlocutors capable of providing direct answers.
The only tangible result of the meeting was the delivery of the requests and contacts, with the hope that institutional sensitivity can guarantee a follow-up to the issue.
At the same time, the General Manager, Dr. Acerra, was contacted via SMS with a request for an urgent meeting.
The aim remains to obtain a comparison with someone who has full knowledge of the matter and can clarify whether there is room for revision of the competition provisions.
The protesters highlighted critical issues related to the publication of the graduated lists, highlighting contradictions in the responses received from the administration.
In particular, the issue of the lack of access to the documents requested through a civic access request was raised: the motivation given by the USR concerns alleged excessive costs for publication, a justification that appears inconsistent with the overall economic burden of the competitive procedures.

Another critical issue concerns the management of the reserve of places for teachers with three years of service, which according to the protesters have been systematically disregarded.
Some rankings, in fact, would present anomalous assignments, with candidates declared winners despite having a score of zero. A serious anomaly, on which immediate intervention is requested.
Added to this is the issue of the digital platform for the management of the competition, whose administrative approval still appears uncertain. A recent appeal to the TAR Campania has given reason to the appellants, imposing the publication of official documents that, however, the administration has not yet made available despite 30 days having passed since the sentence.
The delegation present reiterated the need for political intervention to resolve the regulatory contradictions and ensure respect for the rights of candidates. The frustration among the participants is palpable, especially towards institutional figures who, having experienced the precariousness path first-hand, should be more sensitive to the difficulties of the category.
While waiting for concrete answers, the protesters promise to continue making their voices heard.
