Naples – In the early afternoon yesterday, officers from the Vicaria-Mercato Police Station arrested a 51-year-old Neapolitan man in execution of a prison order.
During a territorial control operation in via Nuova Marina, the police officers noticed the man wandering around with a suspicious attitude. After stopping and identifying him, it emerged that he was the recipient of a provision issued on February 7th by the Attorney General of the Republic at the Court of Appeal of Napoli – Criminal Enforcement Office.
The man will have to serve a sentence of 8 years and 11 months in prison for the crimes of devastation and looting committed in Avellino in 2003.
