Naples – Tense moments yesterday at the emergency room of the Cto hospital. A woman died of a heart attack while she was in the emergency room of the CTO and her relatives caused damage to the structure.
The news was spread by Giuseppe Alviti, a union representative of the security guards, who learned it through his clients on the spot. The carabinieri took care of the matter and identified and reported the responsible parties.
According to what Alviti said, the lady had arrived at the emergency room in the morning Cto with severe chest pain but she died in the afternoon in the waiting room without having been admitted and her relatives vented their anger causing damage in the emergency room itself.

I don't understand how it is possible that a woman died like this without being treated. The relatives are right to be angry, but it is not right to damage the structure. I hope there is a thorough investigation into this case.
