NAPLES – Yesterday evening, the State Police arrested a 22 year old Moroccan with a criminal record, including specific crimes related to the possession of narcotics.
The agents of the Vicar-Market Commissariat, engaged in a territorial control service, found themselves at the corner between Nolana Square and Garibaldi Street, when they noticed the young man who, in exchange for money, was giving something to some people. The customers then quickly moved away, disappearing without a trace. The 22-year-old, realizing the presence of the police, tried to escape, but was quickly caught and stopped.
During the check, the officers found 4 wraps of hashish weighing about 46 grams, 200 tablets of a psychotropic drug and a sum of 50 € in banknotes of different denominations, probably earned through his illicit activity. For these reasons, the young man was arrested and taken to the police station, where he was accused of illicit possession of narcotic substances.
