Last night, the State Police arrested two men of Neapolitan origin, aged 18 and 44, already known to the police for various previous offences, including robbery.
During a routine control service, the officers of the Office of General Prevention and Public Rescue were stopped in the area of Corso Umberto I from an individual who reported two people on the run.
The man told the officers that he had been approached by the two individuals who, after attacking him with kicks and punches, had stolen his cell phone.
The police officers, acting quickly, managed to intercept and stop the two suspects, despite the difficulties encountered during the chase through the alleys of the historic center. The men were arrested and taken away by the officers.

The arrest of these two men is news that makes you think, because security in the city is very important. But I wonder if arrests are enough to solve the crime problems. We need more prevention.
