Naples – Seven days of temporary closure: this is the measure initiated by the Municipality of Naples against the crazy pizza, the venue inaugurated last September by entrepreneur Flavio Briatore on the suggestive Neapolitan seafront.
The decision comes after the second administrative offence report for failure to comply with the rules on noise impact, as required by the Municipal Regulation of Urban Security Police.
The restaurant, which has already been targeted by the authorities for the same reason in recent months, is considered a repeat offender within 12 months of the first warning. The company that manages the restaurant now has 10 days to present its counter-arguments, which will be carefully evaluated by the competent offices.
It's the second "recall" for Briatore's club
A clear message comes from the town hall of Palazzo San Giacomo: “If, within the assigned deadline, sufficient elements do not emerge to interrupt the procedure, we will proceed with the formalization and implementation of the forced suspension of the activity”.
Another piece of news for the crazy pizza, which will have to face the administrative consequences of the noise complaints, in a fascinating and sensitive area of the Campania capital.
