Nola – The Naples Police Headquarters' anti-crime action continues. As part of an extraordinary operation, the agents of the Nola Police Station found and seized a real arsenal in San Vitaliano.
Hidden in a basket tied to a tree, the officers discovered three hunting rifles 12-gauge and three pistols (one .38-gauge, one .357-gauge and one .22-gauge), all with erased serial numbers. The weapons were immediately seized.
The operation, which is part of a broader territorial control program aimed at combating illegal possession of weapons and drug trafficking, saw agents engaged in blanket checks in the municipalities of Palma Campania and San Vitaliano.
During the activity, 84 people were identified, 10 of whom had criminal records. police, and 3 commercial establishments were checked. One of the owners was fined for selling alcohol to minors.

It is interesting that the police headquarters does this type of operation to combat crime, but I wonder if it will be enough. There are many people who continue to do business with weapons and drugs, I do not know if the controls are effective enough.
