Naples – Moments of tension yesterday afternoon in Piazza Garibaldi, where a man in a clearly agitated state began throwing electric bicycles, creating confusion among those present.
The agents of the General Prevention Office of the Police State, engaged in a territorial control service, were alerted by a passerby and immediately intervened. Once they identified the person responsible, a 32-year-old of Gambian origin, they stopped him and took him to the police station.
However, the man continued to resist, attempting to escape and attacking the police officers. Only after a struggle did the officers manage to immobilize him and arrest him on charges of resisting a public official and aggravated assault.
