Naples – “Perla Nera” is the new dessert from Pasticceria Poppella. The famous Neapolitan pastry chef Ciro Poppella, famous throughout the world for his “Fiocchi di neve”, presented his new dessert in preview in Milan at the 2025 edition of Identità Golose.
An elegant dessert with a shortcrust pastry base and a spherical shape made of milk chocolate, which encloses the iconic “Snowflake” milk cream and a caramel heart.

I read about the new dessert from Poppella pastry shop and it looks very interesting. The combination of chocolate and milk cream makes me want to try it, but I don't know if it will be as good as the Snowflakes.
