The State Police arrested a 42-year-old man of Georgian origin in Portici, accused of theft inside a commercial establishment.
Yesterday afternoon, the subject was stopped by agents of the Portici-Ercolano Police Station, following a theft report transmitted to the operations center.

Officers responded quickly to Piazza San Ciro, where they found a security guard detaining the man. The business owner reported that the suspect had stolen merchandise from his shop.
Subsequent investigations, including review of the system images video surveillance, confirmed the theft of a power bank and a camera by the 42-year-old. Based on the evidence gathered, the police proceeded to arrest the man.

It's incredible how some people can steal from a shop. I don't understand why there aren't more controls on these commercial establishments. And then, stealing a power bank and a camera is really sad.
