The eighth edition of the “Zaccaria Tartarone” Sports Journalism Award is scheduled for Thursday, March 13 at 17.30:XNUMX p.m. The ceremony will be held at the Arbostella Center – Hub of Creativity and Communication in Salerno. The coincidence with the tenth anniversary of the death of Zak, a well-known sports journalist, gives the event a special meaning for the local community.
An Inclusive Project
The initiative is organized by the newspaper “Paperboy”, managed by the Social Cooperative “Il Villaggio di Esteban”, which is celebrating twelve years of activity. “Paperboy” was born as a laboratory designed for people with disabilities, becoming an important reference for young people. The editorial staff is composed of twenty members, including eight journalists registered in the Campania Register, under the direction of Umberto Adinolfi, Stefano Masucci and Clemente Ultimo.
Guests and Awards
The event will be attended by the Councilor for Social Policies of the Municipality of Salerno, Paola De Roberto, the president of the Order of Journalists of Campania, Ottavio Lucarelli, and the president of the Social Cooperative “Il Villaggio di Esteban”, Carlo Noviello. The award will be presented to Gianfranco Coppola, deputy editor-in-chief of RAI in Campania and national president of USSI, by the young editors of “Paperboy”. The event will take place at the headquarters of “Radio Salerno Village” in the Arbostella Center, strengthening the role of the center as a point of reference for communication and creativity in Salerno.
