Yesterday, Daniele Decibel Bellini, a well-known speaker for SSC Napoli, had his motorbike, a Honda Africa Twin, stolen in broad daylight in Piazza degli Artisti, in the Vomero district of Naples.
Bellini himself broke the news through a post on his social media profiles, in which he wanted to thank the police for the timely discovery of the vehicle.
The theft, which occurred in one of the most popular squares in Vomero, caused quite a bit of concern. However, that same night, around 1:00, the motorbike was found in the Sanità district by a patrol from the Second Section of the Naples Police Headquarters. The vehicle, despite being damaged and the anti-theft device having been tampered with, was returned to its rightful owner.
Bellini, visibly grateful, wanted to publicly express his gratitude to the police: "I would like to express my most sincere gratitude and esteem to the State Police for the extraordinary work that led to the recovery of my motorcycle, stolen yesterday in Piazza degli Artisti in Naples in broad daylight. Thanks to the Deputy Chief of Police Dr. Vincenzo Coletta and to all the personnel employed by the Police. Thank you for your daily commitment to ensuring justice and legality. You are a precious point of reference for all of us citizens."
The episode, in addition to highlighting the efficiency of the police force, turns the spotlight back on the phenomenon of motorcycle and vehicle thefts, a problem that continues to affect the city of Naples despite the efforts of the authorities. The story ended positively, but remains a warning to all citizens to pay maximum attention to the safety of their vehicles.

It's a shame that things like this happen in broad daylight, especially in such a busy square. It's good that the motorbike was found but there should be more security for all citizens and their property.
