San Cipriano d'Aversa – A 33-year-old man, identified as GC, was arrested by police for domestic abuse, after a year of continuous violence and threats against his parents and brother. The arrest came at the height of a series of episodes that saw the man become the protagonist of increasingly serious physical and verbal aggression.
The mother of the arrested man filed a complaint a few days ago, describing a pattern of domestic violence that included kicking, slapping, spitting and even throwing a chair. On one occasion, the man allegedly threatened the family with a glass bottle, shouting phrases such as “I’ll kill you, I’ll break your legs, I’ll break your head and I’ll burn your car.”
The escalation of violence reached its peak when the man returned home with the excuse of getting some clothes, and then resumed threatening the family members. The situation worsened further when the man entered his father's car, declaring that he wanted to sleep there. At that point, the neighbors alerted the police, who intervened by arresting the man for mistreatment of the family.
The preliminary investigations judge of the court of Naples North validated the arrest, ordering house arrest for the man. This episode highlights the seriousness of the problem of domestic violence, a phenomenon that often remains hidden and requires timely intervention by law enforcement and social services.

This is a really bad thing that happens in a family, it should never come to this. Violence is never a solution, but unfortunately it happens. I hope the family can find a way to overcome this situation.
Right, domestic violence is a serious problem that many people suffer in silence. There should be more awareness on these issues and support for those who need it. It is sad to see families destroyed by these things.
