An investigation into the distribution of narcotics inside the Novelli prison in Carinola has led to the issuing of nine precautionary measures. The investigation, conducted by the Naples North prosecutor's office, involved five subjects receiving precautionary custody in prison and four under house arrest.
The investigation used the analysis of the money flows transferred by the relatives of the inmates, which were used to pay for the doses of drugs inside the facility. Drug seizures and technical-scientific investigations were also carried out to understand the mechanism of management of the illicit traffic.
The investigation has allowed us to reconstruct the management of these illegal activities by some inmates in the prison of carinola, who coordinated the purchase and distribution of the substances with the help of their relatives.

The investigation into drugs in the Novelli prison in Carinola was very interesting, but I don't understand why it takes so much money to buy drugs. It would be better to help prisoners reintegrate into society instead of punishing them.
