A great music and theater event is held at the Diana Theater in Nocera Inferiore, after the success of the two replicas at the De Lise Theater in Sarno and the Sant'Alfonso Auditorium in Pagani. “Let's pretend that it's all right…!!!”, written and directed by Carmine Pagano, offers a glimpse of Neapolitan culture through variety shows, songs, music and folklore.

The aim is to pay homage to Naples and its rich artistic history, from 1200 to today, with a special focus on charity: the proceeds will go to AVIS Sarno Odv.

Tribute to Neapolitan Culture

The show represents a journey through crucial moments in the history of Naples, touching on historical events of the 600th century such as the eruption of Vesuvius and the plague epidemic, up to the artistic expressions of Neapolitan theater of the 900th century. From Scarpetta to the De Filippo brothers, the show pays homage to the artists who have marked the cultural identity of Naples. The whole thing is accompanied by typical instruments of the Neapolitan tradition, with talented musicians such as maestro Pantaleo Coppola on the guitar and Enrico Battaglia on the mandolin.

The Musical Evolution

There is no lack of attention to the music that made Naples famous: from Pino Daniele to Massimo Troisi, passing through international artists such as Enrico Caruso and Sergio Bruni. The author also recalls the most recent musical influences, touching on performers such as Massimo Ranieri and Enzo Avitabile. This musical journey unfolds through the different nuances of Neapolitan culture, highlighting its bright colors and its ability to excite local and international audiences. The “Giggino” company invites everyone to participate in an event that promises laughter, musical emotions and a strong dose of solidarity, while waiting for the great debut at the Diana Theater.

  1. The event at Teatro Diana seems very interesting and offers a great opportunity to learn about Neapolitan culture. I hope the reruns will be as successful as the previous ones. Charity is also an important aspect of this show.
