FP CGIL Campania has launched a targeted communication campaign, focusing on crucial issues for workers, in view of the RSU elections scheduled for April 14, 15 and 16. The key points of the campaign include differentiated autonomy, contract renewal and workers' rights.
An innovative approach to comics
To communicate complex messages, FP CGIL Campania has adopted comics as its main tool, taking advantage of their simplicity and visual effectiveness. A team of young artists, coordinated by cultural consultant Alessandro Alino, is publishing mini-comic stories on FP Campania's social media. These narratives, created by local scriptwriters and illustrators, address issues such as union bargaining and the rejection of differentiated autonomy.
Involvement in RSU elections
The RSU elections represent a significant moment of direct participation for approximately 2,5 million workers, including those in the knowledge sector. Voters will choose representatives for second-level bargaining, with the aim of ensuring adequate rights and protections. FP CGIL Campania highlights the importance of voting to improve working conditions, promote fair wages and combat inequalities linked to differentiated autonomy.

The comic book initiative is very interesting and I think it can reach a wider audience. However, I don't know if this campaign is really effective for workers' rights and RSU elections, we'll see how it goes.
