Castel Volturno – A 50-year-old criminal of Slavic origins was arrested by the Carabinieri of the radiomobile section of the Mondragone Territorial Department while he was driving a black Porsche Cayenne with French license plates, which was found to be stolen in France.
The man, stopped during a road check, was found in possession of the luxury vehicle. Further investigations revealed that he was the recipient of an arrest warrant issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Ordinary Court of Alessandria - Criminal Enforcement Office, dated May 2, 2022.
The 50-year-old was sentenced to 3 years and 10 months in prison, as well as a fine of 1.200 euros, for the crimes of aggravated theft, fraud, unjustified possession of altered keys or lock picks and material forgery committed by a private individual.
The man was taken to the prison of Santa Maria Capua Vetere and also reported for receiving stolen goods. The car was seized.
